From zero
to 60 million users
One of my proudest projects involved designing the UX for a mobile app called 'Tencent WiFi Guanjia,' which translates to 'master.' In just 2.5 years, it gained 60 million users, with daily active user rate of 10%. This was Tencent's first project to transition from a non-profit product to a profitable one. Developed and maintained by a small team in a startup-like environment, it received minimal financial support from Tencent.
